CANCELLATION POLICY
We charge cancellation fees for no-shows and/or late cancels less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Repeat cancelations may result in deposits being required. The cancelation amounts are: (1) Full deposit fee for services requiring deposits upon booking. Non-refundable. (2)$30 fee if a deposit was not required upon booking. The fee must be paid prior to the next appt. (3) Full deposit fee for Hair Extensions and Keratin Services appointments that are no-shows or cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment. Non-refundable. SMS TERMS AND NOTIFICATIONS When using our online booking feature through the GlossGenuis site, clients have the option to opt in or opt out of text marketing. The option is also available manually in the physical salon. By providing your phone number and opti into our SMS notifications, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided. You consent to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS, MMS) from us regarding your scheduled visits, service updates, offers, and other important notifications. Consent is not required to make any purchase from us. Message frequency may vary, but you can generally expect to receive between 1-3 messages regarding your appointment. OP IN INSTRUCTIONS Clients may opt in by checking the box titled "Get important updates." OPT OUT INSTRUCTIONS Clients may opt out by responding "STOP" to stop receiving all further marketing information. Clients may opt out by responding "STOP" to stop receiving further appointment related notifications. Clients will receive one final communication confirming the request to opt in or opt out has been received. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
