CANCELLATION POLICY
We charge cancellation fees for no-shows and/or late cancels less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Repeat cancelations may result in deposits being required. The cancelation amounts are: (1) Full deposit fee for services requiring deposits upon booking. Non-refundable. (2)$30 fee if a deposit was not required upon booking. The fee must be paid prior to the next appt. (3) Full deposit fee for Hair Extensions and Keratin Services appointments that are no-shows or cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment. Non-refundable.
